Welcome to Valor Vault. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a purchase, or subscribe to any of our membership clubs. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Valor Vault operates as a subscription-based service offering curated monthly drops of military-inspired merchandise, including challenge coins, apparel, books, patches, posters, and collectible items.

When you subscribe to a club or bundle, you agree to receive recurring monthly shipments according to the plan you select. Each plan has its own price, content description, and shipping schedule, which are clearly displayed at checkout and on our pricing page.

Your membership begins on the date you complete your subscription and continues on a recurring basis until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined below.

All subscription charges are billed automatically to the payment method you provide at checkout. Recurring billing occurs on the same calendar date each month, or on the closest available date if the original billing date falls on a date not present in a given month.

You authorize Valor Vault and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, including subscription charges, taxes, and shipping costs. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.

We offer annual prepay plans that allow you to pay for 12 months of membership upfront at a discounted rate. Annual prepay subscriptions are non-refundable after the first shipment has been sent, except in cases of damaged or defective items as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

If you cancel an annual prepay plan before the 12-month term is complete, you will continue to receive shipments for the remaining months already paid for, but no partial refunds will be issued.

Annual prepay plans automatically renew for another 12-month term at the end of the current term unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that the items described on our website are in stock and available for shipment. However, due to the nature of limited-run and exclusive merchandise, certain items may sell out or become unavailable without notice.

In the event that a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. We will not notify you of individual substitutions within mystery bundles, as the surprise element is a core part of the Valor Vault experience.

Valor Vault specializes in curated mystery bundles. The specific contents of each monthly drop are not disclosed in advance. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that the exact items you receive may vary from month to month and may differ from items received by other subscribers.

Product images and descriptions on our website are representative of the types of items you may receive but do not guarantee that any specific item will be included in your bundle. The value of items in each bundle will meet or exceed the stated retail value of your subscription tier.

We strive to ship all monthly drops within the first two weeks of each month. However, shipping timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including supplier delays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, and high order volumes.

All estimated delivery dates provided on our website or in communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Valor Vault is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe that your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

If you cancel after a billing cycle has begun, you will still receive the shipment for that cycle, but no further charges or shipments will occur.

For annual prepay plans, cancellations stop auto-renewal but do not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the current term.

From time to time, Valor Vault may offer promotional pricing, free gifts, or bonus items to new or existing subscribers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.

Free gifts and promotional items have no cash value and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If you cancel your subscription, any promised future promotional items will not be sent.

We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All content on the Valor Vault website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Valor Vault or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without prior written permission from Valor Vault.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Valor Vault in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
