Refund & Return Policy

Valor Vault specializes in curated mystery bundles where the specific contents of each monthly drop are intentionally kept secret until delivery. Because of the unique nature of these mystery products, all sales are generally final once a shipment has been sent.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a surprise experience and that individual item preferences cannot be guaranteed. The overall retail value of items in each bundle will meet or exceed the subscription price, but we cannot accommodate requests for returns based on personal taste or item preference.

We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every item we ship. If you believe an item is defective or damaged, please see the section below for our damaged item policy.

We take great care in packing and shipping your monthly drops. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team at support@valorvaultclub.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once we verify the issue, we will issue a replacement for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we may offer store credit or a partial refund at our discretion.

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. This policy is necessary because we begin sourcing, packing, and preparing your drop as soon as payment is processed.

If you cancel your subscription before the next billing date, you will not be charged again, and no further shipments will be sent. Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

In exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error or a failure on our part to deliver your shipment, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

Annual prepaid plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for your commitment to a 12-month term. Because of the significant discount provided, annual prepay plans are non-refundable after the first shipment has been sent.

If you cancel an annual plan, your cancellation will prevent auto-renewal at the end of the current term, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining unused months.

If your annual plan includes a prepaid shipping benefit or other bundled perks, those benefits are tied to the full term and are forfeited upon cancellation.

Free gifts, bonus items, and promotional products included with subscriptions or special offers have no cash value and are not eligible for return, exchange, or individual refund.

If a promotional item arrives damaged, we will replace it subject to the same 14-day reporting window outlined in our damaged item policy. However, preference-based returns or exchanges of promotional items are not accepted.

Promotional pricing and free gift offers are valid only for the terms stated at the time of the promotion. If you cancel your subscription, any pending promotional shipments will not be sent.
